We make international shipments to various countries of the European Union: Austria, Belarus, Chechnya, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, and Turkey.
Our shipments take from 2 to 5 business days to reach their final destination, from the moment the purchase is made.

2.Returns for manufacturing defects
The User may return to LENSIFY OÜ, without any cost, any product that has manufacturing defects. It is very important to take into account the origin of the contracted products, therefore the user will have a period of one month from the acquisition of the product, to contact LENSIFY OÜ to explain the reasons for the return. In case that this period is exceeded, the user is responsible for any damage and / or damage.
The return of the products that present factory defects, in the established time, will not have any additional cost for the User.
To formalize the return, the User must contact LENSIFY OÜ through the contact section within the granted period of one month, where they will guide you for the process of refunding the money or changing the article.
Each product that is returned must be unused, have all its labels, packaging and, if applicable, documentation, parts and original accessories that come with it. In case the User does not proceed in this way, LENSIFY OÜ can reserve the right to refuse the return.
Once the product has been received and the defects evaluated, LENSIFY OÜ will communicate to agree on the path to follow regarding change or reimbursement.
The change, the sending of a new model, or the reimbursement, will not imply additional costs for the User.
3. Right of Retraction
In LENSIFY OÜ we are convinced that our users will receive the best products on the market, however, in case the user is not satisfied with the products received in his order, the User, in accordance with the General Law for the defense of Consumers and Users, will have a period of fourteen (14) days to return the entire order or, if you prefer, you can return any of the products that were part of the total order. This process is done without the collection of any type of discounts and without the need to indicate the reasons.
However, in this case, the user must be directly responsible for the return cost for LENSIFY OÜ, whether it returns the order in full, or if it decides to return only some of the products of the order.
Once again, through the contact channels, they can advise you on our policies and guide you through the process.
It is also important to note that LENSIFY OÜ is not responsible for the courier company hired by the user to return the order. Therefore we recommend our users to ask the courier company for proof of delivery, when the courier has deposited the product at the offices of Lensify.
The costs of the return of the order (as, for example, shipping costs through courier companies) will be borne directly by the user.
4. Product Change Policy
LENSIFY OÜ does not allow the exchange between a product purchased by the user for another product that is offered on the Website, without any force majeure, such as a factory defect.
In case the User wants to make the change of a product, he must exercise his right of withdrawal on it, as established in clause 6.2, and, subsequently, buy the new product he desires.
